Helping organisations and teams apply AI with confidence, from strategy and use cases to implementation and measurable outcomes.
madiba Consult is an international consultancy based in Bonn. We work on sustainable development and international cooperation, across two service areas: Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL), and Training, Learning & Consulting (TLC).

For years, those building AI have agreed on one thing: its potential impact is immense.
AI is probably the most important thing humanity has ever worked on. I think of it as something more profound than electricity or fire.
For CEOs, SME leaders, entrepreneurs, decision makers and business owners.
Module 1 · Leadership
Module 2 · Innovation
Module 3 · Implementation
Hands-on throughout: practical exercises, prompt engineering, AI agents, business cases, peer exchange, and your 90-day implementation plan.
You leave with a madiba certificate, practical templates you can reuse, and a 90-day action plan that turns what you learned into real change.
Beyond training, we also support implementation directly. Through shadowing and opportunity discovery, we work alongside your team to find where AI is genuinely feasible and worth doing.

Doctor of political science and trained lawyer with more than ten years advising governments, international organisations and SMEs. As trainer and business coach he has guided over 180 SME CEOs through more than twelve international executive programmes, from AI-powered B2B matchmaking to German market entry. Today he helps mid-sized companies turn AI and automation into measurable results, from strategy to GDPR-compliant AI workflows.
After two days with 15 SME leaders in Cairo, what struck me is how quickly they moved from understanding AI to inventing with it. Start with one workflow, take the quick wins, and bring your people with you. The impact on a company is tremendous.

I was hesitant to attend, because AI is like a deep ocean, new technology every day. But the sessions gave me real support and a lot of encouragement to start using it in my business. I'll be joining the next one.
I came to understand how AI can support my work in sales and help me grow in my career. I think it will make a real difference, professionally and personally.
A great opportunity to learn how to use different AI tools in practice. I feel we moved to a new level.
